Return
You can return the products, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, sending the products together with a completed withdrawal form and a VAT invoice or receipt. Remember that the returned goods must be unused, clean and undamaged.

Fill out the form
Download and fill out the “Withdrawal Form”.
Attach it to the returned package along with the proof of purchase (receipt/VAT invoice).
Pack a package
The goods should be returned in the manufacturer’s packaging with the return form and receipt attached.
Remember to secure the return shipment properly so that it is not damaged in transit.
Receive the package
Send the package with the form to the address below:

Direct costs of return are borne by the customer. Parcels sent COD are not accepted.
Reimbursement
Within 14 days after we receive the package, you will receive a refund to the bank account specified in the form.
Complaint
File a complaint immediately after discovering the discrepancy. Will be considered if the goods received are damaged or came incomplete.

Take a picture
If the goods you received are damaged or came incomplete, take a photo or record a short video showing the problem with the product.
Fill out the form
Send an e-mail to bok@magmari.com with the completed “Merchandise Claim Form” and attach the photos or video taken earlier.

Wait for a decision. The processing time for complaints is 14 days. We try to respond as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
