Vintal Sp. z o.o. has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth in the applicable regulations on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the data protection system used include:

1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and www.magmari.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than that indicated when registering or placing an order, please additionally provide:

1. name or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for issuing a proof of sale;

The data you provide when placing an order is processed by www.magmari.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:

1. name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address is transmitted to shipping companies in the form of a shipping label/letter which is also a delivery order depending on the type of shipment selected.
2. name, address, TIN indicated as the data for which the sales document is to be issued are processed in the form of a sales document to the internal accounting system.

If you use a third-party payment system, any data you provide after navigating to the payment operator’s website remains registered only in its database and is not accessible or stored in any way by www.magmari.com.

www.magmari.com works with the following payment operators:

1. PayU SA with headquarters in Poznań (KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23-08-495) operator of payu.pl service.
2. Data are stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the duration of storage of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, we only ask you to provide your e-mail address to which commercial information from www.magmari.com will be sent, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging into your account at www.magmari.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link and located in the footer of each newsletter.

D. Correspondence

In the event that you provide us with personal data that is not necessary for the performance of the contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, withdrawal, warranty or guarantee forms, such data will be deleted or anonymized immediately and will not be processed. VI. Transfer of your personal data

In specific situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Controller to provide collected data to state authorities, www.magmari.com will provide such data. With the exception of these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, will be transferred to specific entities only in connection with the need to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Controller shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with such entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and preservation of confidentiality and security of personal data, and their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller.
