ORDER

How do I place an order?

We make every effort to make our online store an intuitive and user-friendly place for all users. To make shopping with MAGMARI even more enjoyable, follow the instructions below:

  1. If this is your first order in our store, please create an account. If you already have an account, log in using your username and password. You can also place an order without creating an account.
  2. Add the selected products to your shopping cart.
  3. After selecting products, you can see them in the shopping cart – freely modify the number of products or remove them if necessary.
  4. Select a delivery method.
  5. Finalize your order by selecting a payment method.
  6. You will soon receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted.

Has my order been confirmed?

After placing an order, you will receive an email within minutes confirming its registration in the system. You can also find your purchase history in your Customer Profile.

What do the order statuses mean?

At each stage of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with information about its status:

NEW ORDER – “We have received your order” .
This is information that your order has entered our system and is currently being verified.

ORDER IN PROGRESS – “We have just started the process of processing your order”.
This is information that we are proceeding to complete and pack your order.

SHIPPED – “Your order has been shipped.”
This is information that the package has just been sent to you.

COMPLETED -” The package is already with you. Thank you for your shopping” This is information that the parcel has just been delivered to your address.

CANCELLED – “Your order has been canceled.”
This is a notice that the order may have been canceled for several reasons such as out of stock, non-payment or because of an incorrect address.

LOOKING FOR PAYMENT – “Finish your order now” -.
This is the information in which we will remind you to make payment for your order. At this stage you have the option to complete your order.

My order has been confirmed. Can I change my delivery address?

If you want to change the delivery address, please send us an email to bok@magmari.com or through the contact form.

In response, we will inform you of the available options.

This can unfortunately cause a delay in shipping your order, so it is important to provide correct information. For possible verification, our team will also contact you by phone. Please enter your contact information accurately in the purchase form.

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

Choose your preferred payment method. Payment methods accepted in our store are: cash on delivery, PayU, standard bank transfer.

DELIVERY

How do I choose a delivery method?

At the stage of ordering you will be given the opportunity to choose the form of delivery. Currently offered delivery methods are: FedEx Courier and InPost Parcel Machines.

How can I take advantage of free delivery?

You can take advantage of free delivery when:

you will choose delivery by InPost Parcel Machines:

  • PLN 0 for prepaid orders, for orders over PLN 60,
  • PLN 12 for prepaid orders, for orders over PLN 60.

For orders over £280, when choosing FedEx Courier delivery, delivery within Poland is free.

Delivery costs for the delivery method which is FedEx Courier:

  • PLN 20 for prepaid orders;
  • PLN 25 for COD orders.

Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days (in the case of a courier, the time may be longer).

International delivery is not made.

The courier did not find me at home. What should I do?

According to FedEx regulations, the driver will leave an advisory. The advice letter will state where the package was placed or when the courier will make another delivery attempt.

If you have a problem receiving a package, please contact our Customer Service Department.

My order has not reached me. What should I do?

You can track your order on your account in the “Customer Panel”.

If you have not received any order information, please contact our Customer Service Department.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

I want to cancel my order. How do I go about doing this?

Contact the Customer Service Department by phone.

How can I return a product purchased from the MAGMARI online store?

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the product up to 14 days after receiving your order, at your expense.

NOTES:

The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, with accessories, instructions, and with gifts and samples included.

I/we have returned the product and I am WAITING for a refund. What are the deadlines and methods of refund?

Within 14 days of receipt of the shipment by the MAGMARI store warehouse, you will receive a refund to the bank account specified in the form (regardless of the payment method selected at the time of ordering).

NOTE: Delivery or return time may be slightly longer during the holiday season.

Such information allows us to better understand your expectations and customize personalized offers for MAGMARI products and other products of our partners.

The use of Cookies allows us to improve the operation of the website and display advertisements on the website and other sites. Checks are also made to ensure the security of the website and transactions.

However, the company does not control all risky events related to the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of visitors to the existence of possible risks related to its use and operation.

How do I create an account?

  1. Find the character icon in the upper right corner of our page. Click on it. You will be redirected to a page where you can create an account.
  2. On the right side, enter your email address and click REGISTER.
  3. In the account creation form, fill in all the required fields. Your account will be created.

I can’t remember my password. What should I do?

  • You can reset your password at any time by going to the login page and clicking “Forgot your password?”.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click the “Reset Password” button.
  • You will receive an email with a link (if you don’t see the email, be sure to look through your spam/junk folder).
  • Click on the link to create a new password and access your account again.

If you have an account, you can change your password in the “Customer Panel” under the “Account Details” tab.

Where can I see and change my personal information?

If you have created an account, you can check and/or modify your personal information at any time in the “Customer Panel”.
